New hires get a written 90-day plan, a peer buddy and 30 and 60 day check-ins.
Full Outsourced HR
Your entire HR function, managed end to end, on a monthly retainer. We build your policy register and audit it against the Labour Act, Pension Reform Act, Employees Compensation Act and NSITF requirements; set measurable performance goals with every employee; plan for retention and succession; run regular pulse surveys; and track it all on one HR dashboard. Includes dedicated HR support for law firms and other professional-service environments.
Business Advisory & Management
